DISASTER A NEW FACE OF TERROR

thrusday,29 OCt 09,what we will call it as "disaster" or more precisely "a man made disaster".with government so much involved into security issues of the country spending crores of crores on defense,research and fighting "maoism".they are giving priority to the security of "aam admi".but i lament,i lament upon that we say we are second fastest growing economy in this world,we have top level educational institutions,we have R n D,we have top level bureacrats,we have enough resources but cant manage one "man made disaster".there is no point in questioning ourselves or setting up committes to look into matter.they are orthodox level of thinking and all bull shit to show media that the govt. care for d so called "aam admi".its time to question ourselves,every indian citizen that "are we prepared" means take an example @ grass root level when we but a house or construct it,we enquire each and every detail about locality,facility,amenities,resources,expandibility,proximity to stations,but do we enquire about the whether the house will sustain disaster?like we care about vaastu-shastra n all oder crap we dont care what will happen in a minor earthquake to our building?so making a system needs all matters to be looked upon.we had oil depots in outskirts of jaipur city,the system was made the disaster happened due to human fault.but we should have certain norms and disaster mangement techniques to cure d event.we should be ashamed of the incident.so now what are we fear of "terrorist or another man made disaster"

READING ALWAYS INSPIRES

it was already 3 months passed when i completed my graduation killing time.i can't say as a whole that i wasted my time but can't assure dat also dat i utilized it.being a task oriented person always do work when targets are defined else i sit idle.this implies that if a target is there then only i will do hard work and if no target is there i will be the most lazy person on earth.so after completion of three months when i got information about my interview then only i started preparing,reading magzines etc.i came across one article in CSR which justified "time is money".normally people say this phrase but they are unable to justify it.but the author of that article made me realize that i screwed my 3 months.sometimes sitting idle sometimes chit chatting unneccesarily roaming here n there for no use.but doesnt matter much as there one more phrase "late but u got ur mistake n rectify it"that article changed me a lot now i dont waste a single second of my life.so the mere example prooves that "reading change things up"..........so never stop reading guyzzz

CHOCLATE

i never understood that "y do gals like chocolate d most" its tempting?how can u say that they are tempting?,it depends on one's taste what a person finds tempting.but its hard to believe 95-99% of females like chocolates.is there any orientation of gals towards chocolates which makes dem feel like dey r flying high in sky when they eat it.i never found any chocolate to be tasty or tempting,why?one of the reason it sticks to my tooth and i need atleast a minute or so to remove it with my tongue.so its a kind of strugging experience eating a chocolate,so how can it be so tempting for gals?moreover dentist also prefer people to stay away from chocolates to keep there teeth healthy.second reason of my negligence towards chocolates "it empties one's pocket"just for no cause.so for a struggle you need to pay,i really lament upon the situation of people who eat chocolates.so let me define what temptation is "a feeling inside you when you see something and you get excited to get it".now the main point in this is "the thing which excited you may or may not be appreciated by you when you use it.

searching a path for satisfaction/satisfying ourselves compromising according to path

both are the aspects of life,it depends with what you will live with.both are opposite approaches,these may/may not determine your success,lets c how? if we always look for a path that gives us satisfaction,then our desire to get more things increases manifolds.thus it doesnt increases our chances to be successfull but it merely makes us more desirefull.considering second option that holding to a pre determined path and sticking to it compromising your needs/desires,but this not ensures that we were unsuccessfull.it depends how we define our success or failure.well,is it mere possession of materialistic goods or attainment of spiritualism or satisfying needs both spiritual and materialistic.so it depends how we define our success so opting for any of the path.so one should have always clear picture of his/her goals in life and should know what path he wants to opt for and what s success for him?

GO GREEN

everyone going for so called "Hari Yali" in the state(raj) and forgot that most of the population is not getting basic amenities like safe drinking water facilities and drainage,24 hours power supply etc.going for NREGA and NREGS but people still not able to avail salaries."austerity drives" but spending more money is the hidden venture for the politicians.corrupt leaders are going for austerity measures to proove themselves that they are big people lovers.all stupid these measures ensures that they cant do anything for drought in the country.inspite of making policies,allocating money and waiver schemes for farmers,and ensuring the situation doesnt happen again,going for austerity measures will do no good for "AAM aadmi" its mere stupidity.coming to "harit rajasthan" concept initially it was supported by everyone including "times of india" it was like "new born baby crying a lot":) and after some time he s silent.in the early days of this concept it had a major uproar,now we rarely hear the word "harit" forget the remaining part "rajasthan".again a stupidity when there is no water for god sake forget about "GREEN".i dont know why "we d people of india" make such blunders by voting such personalities and giving dem power to f*** us.

"JUST DO IT"

when we work at our offices that particular 9-5 white collar jobs often we ask each other "when is our next holiday?" why do we ask such questions so often?.It is just because people are bored off there daily routine and they need some change from monotonous routine.In my perspective there are some people who are killing time sitting idle and that is also an art.sometimes you dont have any work to do and "u just kill time".whatever be the situation in the above we must take out some time out of your so called "very busy schedule" for your hobbies in your routine.So then you will never ask for "when is our next holiday",because hobbies are the things you like to do and when you do it on daily basis then you dont require time to pursue it.so happy now?.so we can pursue what we like daily whenever we get time in offices inspite of indulging ourseleves in hopeless gossips.so never ask a holiday to ur boss again because if i am the boss i will never give it....

d important word in the whole sentence is "luck"

we always hear the words such as "hey u were pretty lucky","lucky dog","he prospered bcoz of his luck".but have u ever asked yourself,your inner self whether there exists any word called "luck" in your dictionary.well in mine it holds 20% stake in my results i.e. i believe that 80% is your performance and 20% is your luck.well guyzz who dont know wat crap i am talking about "luck".in engineering terms we say "luck is getting an unexpected(very high) output for a very low input for which output should be "0".in my point of view no one is unlucky bcoz @ any point of time everyone is successfull in one or the other way it jus depends what reference u are measuring your success.success can be small or big,but it always brings happiness.now the degree of success is another domain for discussion,because the degree of success depends on what perspective u see it.everyone wants to be so called "lucky dog" so that they may get 20% atleast without performing also.human nature is lazy,he wants maximum output with minimum input.but if you consider yourself as unlucky den dont worry wait for your next birth.but one humble advice for being successfull,jus keep performing bcoz sometimes that 80% can be more den anyone because there are more "dogs" then "lucky dogs",so ensure that u score 80/80 so u r above many "dogs".

gone were the days ,when martyrs like bhagat singh,S.C Bose ,chandra shekhar azaad and many more freedom fighters shouted rhetorically for instigating and inspiring people among them.but now a days leaders speak very effectively but don't adhere to there job.

they make there manifestos very luring at the time of elections but of no application after coming into power.the main difference between the two situations is that past leaders gave what was the prime need of people at that time it was independence at what cost? at the cost of there lives ,at the cost of the agony faced by them and there families and much much more.today what the leaders do in spite of just shouting and luscious manifestos what these leaders are giving to people now?even if the people in the history are unaware of freedom fighters they must know there golden words "the so called slogans" they shouted with strong emotion and compassion ,how they approached and achieved goals?so the cliche is in this situation is that present leaders should follow past leaders as there ideals.people today are not demanding anythin today ,just application of law and order.as the corruption is increased which is turnng people preposterous and also they are unable to retaliate.

so now i ask this question "Are We Developing?" or are we developed enough?

RODDICK V/S FEDERER

tom says hey,hey,hey there is wimbledon final on sunday,tickets sold out for 20,000 pounds what to do now ,we have to see the match on television to his friend jerry.jerry says but dude is this a match to see? it is a bizzare for me to watch this match ,this is wastage of time.tom was confused that why jerry is saying like this that too for wimbledon final,after thinking so much time he asks jerry why you are saying like this for the top grand slam of the world of tennis.


jerry says dude you dint study the statistics between the players.they both played head-2-head 20 matches of which federer won 18 and roddick just two of them,so no use of watching such a one sided match.not onl that federer is not looking for a win ,he is looking for a record to beat pet sampras 14 grand slam wins.

pet sampras holds 14 grand slam wins in the span of 12 years and roger holding 14 grand slams only in 6 years on the court.

this was not only the view of TOM N JERRY but everyone who is aware of tennis was thinking like that as said the newspapers of england on sunday that federer will be the record holder.everyone underestimated the american.

the only player optimistic about the american was B.BORG.

match started with an ace from american and it was going very smooth with no breaking of serve by either player,but atlast of the set american got hold of the set n broke serve of the swiss and won the first set.second set was also just in favour of roddick,in the tie breaker he was leading (6-2),but dont know wat happened to him having 4 set points he just gave up and federer won the set.

third set was also tie breaker won by federer,in the whole match federer had over 50 aces.fourth was very crucial for both the players and marginally won by american (6-3)

fifth set was history in wimbledon championship,record time it was 14-16 and fortunately american lost it.

this is for those who thought that final was one sided and how american leaded right from the start of the game.as a matter of fact the only serve of roddick that was broken by federer in over 4 hours of match was the last serve of which federer won.

do i have to w8 for oders

big question occurs in mind whenever we see Que anywhere in public place "do i have to wait for others?" the big answer is "yes".

public places such as hospitals,theaters,multiplexes,railway stations.bus stops etc. do have long ques so we have to wait to get service.the question arises for what and why we have to wait for others

1.this is because of the poor management of the administration
2.the mentality of people.
3.aggression and frustation in public.

poor management is already justified as we know the management of public offices how they work as if they are doing a great job ,despite of working very less number of hours then private sector they dont serve people greetfully.

mentality of people,its justified because people now a days are so restless to get the work done or to get the service whetherbuying tickets or boarding a train.they are so restless that they push pull others which create anger and feeling of frustation among them.

the cause of anger and frustation among people for this crap is the above two points,they have to wait for long in ques for hours specially in summer,its too hard to find the solution for this because work ethics and culture of public offices wont change but the change that we can bring is that people should be aware of complaint boxex available outside public offices,and they should unite when someone has taken inititaive to complaint aginst a officer.

moreover they should be co-operative among themselves,should go by que wherever required and shouldhelp each other when necessary.this will help in cutting your anger and incidents at the public places.

pressure-before and after

That was the time when t20 world cup 2009 was going on in england,i saw most of the matches but the real crunch matches were those of sri lanka,pakistan and west indies and not to forget the unbeaten upto semi finals south africa.

after observing both the semis and watching finals of the t20 cricket,considering the knock of t.dilshan(96) of sri lanka against west indies in semis and his duck(0) in finals against pakistan,i wat to point out that at both the instants i observed the expressions of dilshan as i saw whole match,the tension with which he came to bat against west indies and the sign of relief after super knock of 96 at the end of the innings.and the moment when he got out for the duck in finals which also changed the momentum of sri lanka and reversed the aspects of match,i observed him.so,i want to compare both the moments,the pressure after the innings whatever u have contributed to the team and the pressure before you enter the centre stage.not just the game of cricket,take any game or the common man's life its the same.when dilshan was out which was quite a unnatural shot after facing 4 same sort of deliveries he dint reacted well to the situation.the thought of the moment is we must have discussed it before that what goes in the minds of the other players
1.a feeling of respect.
2.a feeling of dissappointment.

the parameters on which his moment depends upon he past record of the player,his credibility,ability to comeback from the performancehis behaviour towards his team mates etc.
and if your bad performance doesnt affect your groups result then congs to you you got a golden chance.

as the famous saying is ,everyday is not sunday,when sachin tendulkar gets out for a duck that doesnt mean that he is not a master blaster.

so the pressure before and after and your performance depends on your group/team and your boss/leader/captain and whatever aspect you look upon.remember,blunders are not always accepted nor they are welcomed but comeback from upsets is always respected and adored and is the thing to be followed by the juniors and upcoming generation of the country.
